Order processing
In-stock orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom, personalized, and preorder items follow the timeline stated on the product page, custom order agreement or agreed upon deadline in writing. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you with available options.

Shipping services and delivery
We use third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. If no delivery estimate is displayed, contact us before ordering. Carrier transit time begins after the carrier receives the package. Weather, holidays, customs, and carrier disruptions can cause delays.

Free standard shipping
Eligible retail orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. The minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping. International orders, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, wholesale orders, custom jobs, and bulky products are excluded from this offer. Any product-specific shipping charges are disclosed before purchase. Expedited shipping is not included.

Tracking
When your order ships, we send tracking information using the contact details supplied at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Contact orders@theboatmonkey.com promptly if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible after shipment. If an incorrect address causes a package to be returned, we will contact you about reshipping costs or other options before taking further action.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages
Email orders@theboatmonkey.com with your order number if your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or contains incorrect items. Please retain packaging and provide photos of damage when available. We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.

International orders
We ship internationally only to destinations enabled at checkout. Duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply. Amounts collected at checkout will be identified there; charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient before delivery. International delivery estimates can be affected by customs clearance.

Returns and exchanges
See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for our 30-day refund or exchange window and free eligible returns within the contiguous United States. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns; damaged or incorrect orders are handled separately.
